In this sense, the <strong>National Customs Directorate of<\/strong> Paraguay relied on <strong>Funci\u00f3n Digital<\/strong> to carry out the repowering of its <strong>high-energy scanners<\/strong>, thus modernizing its control and security processes. This project not only optimizes the scanning capacity, but also strengthens the technological infrastructure of the institution.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Integral Modernization for the National Customs Directorate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The project consisted of a comprehensive renovation of Customs&#8217; technological capabilities, covering several critical areas. The following are the implemented areas that made this change possible: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IT System<\/strong>: An advanced information technology platform was established to support the customs operating systems, ensuring stability and security in the handling of information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structured Network Cabling<\/strong>: We implement a structured cabling system that facilitates a robust and efficient connectivity between the different strategic points, ensuring the continuous flow of data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electrical System<\/strong>: Improvements were made to the electrical infrastructure, optimizing the distribution of energy to high-consumption equipment, ensuring uninterrupted operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring Center<\/strong>: We developed a modern monitoring center, capable of supervising operations in real time, improving response capacity and control at customs facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DMS (Document Management System)<\/strong>: A document management system was implemented to facilitate organization and access to information, optimizing workflows and ensuring document traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UPS System (Stabilized Energy)<\/strong>: In order to ensure operational continuity in the event of possible power outages, we installed a UPS system that guarantees a constant supply of energy to the most critical equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daisy System Upgrade<\/strong>: We performed an upgrade of this key system, ensuring its compatibility and functionality with the new scanning and monitoring equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Impact of Modernization on Customs Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The implementation of these technological solutions has enabled the <strong>National Customs Directorate<\/strong> to significantly improve its control and security capabilities.
