Audiovisual Innovation in Hospitality: Our Experience with the Hotel Esplendor, Punta Carretas

The hotel sector has evolved significantly in recent years, seeking to offer guests unique and immersive experiences. At Función Digital, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Hotel Esplendor in Punta Carretas, Uruguay, in a project that stood out for its technological innovation and the use of cutting-edge audiovisual systems. This is one of our most representative success stories in the hotel vertical.

Solutions Implemented: An Unprecedented Audiovisual Experience

The main objective of this project was to transform the lobby and common areas of the hotel, creating a modern and interactive environment that would capture the attention of guests from the moment they enter the hotel. To achieve this we implemented the following solutions:

• Intelligent Video Wall System: We installed an intelligent video wall that allows the hotel to customize the content displayed according to events, seasons and promotions. This highly innovative technology not only provides an attractive visual experience, but is also a powerful tool for communication and marketing.
• Directional Audio System: To complement the experience, we integrate a directional audio system that allows a focused and precise sound distribution. This improves the ambience of the space without disturbing guests in rest areas.
• Preliminary Design: We worked in an initial conceptualization and preliminary design phase, making sure that the proposed technological solutions were aligned with the aesthetic and functional vision of the hotel.
• Executive Project Design: We carried out the detailed design of the executive project, integrating each audiovisual element and ensuring that all components were in harmony with the architecture of the site.
• Project Execution: Finally, we carry out the implementation and start-up of the system, ensuring a smooth execution and meeting the deadlines established by the client.

The Impact of the Project on the Hotel Esplendor

Thanks to the implementation of the intelligent video wall and the directional audio system, Hotel Esplendor has been able to offer its guests an innovative technological experience, which has improved its brand perception and optimized the interaction with its visitors. In addition, the flexibility of these systems allows the hotel to adapt its visual and audio content in real time, improving the personalization of the service.
