Implementation of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems for Honeywell in Peru.

Security at industrial facilities and refineries is a top priority. Función Digital has worked with Honeywell Peru on a comprehensive project covering several cities in the country, including Lima, Talara, Puno and Antapata, with a focus on improving safety through advanced fire detection and alarm solutions.

Systems Implemented in Honeywell Peru

During the development of this project, a series of technological and security implementations were carried out, designed to protect both the facilities and the personnel at the sites:

• Fire Detection and Alarm System: We install a fire detection and alarm system in multiple locations, ensuring safety in critical areas of the facilities. This system allows a quick and efficient response in case of emergency.
• PLC Cabinet Assembly and Transformer Provision: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) cabinets were assembled and configured in the various installations, together with the provision of transformers to ensure a stable and efficient power supply.
• Cabinet assembly for Talara Refinery: In one of the main refineries in the country, located in Talara, we carried out the assembly of specialized cabinets that meet the strictest safety and operational standards, contributing to the automation and efficient control of industrial processes.

Impact on Honeywell Peru’s Operations

This project has allowed Honeywell Peru to strengthen its security systems in key industrial areas. The implementation of fire detection and alarm solutions, as well as the provision of electrical equipment and specialized cabinets, has ensured that the facilities can operate under the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
